The android based mobile application has been developed for School Education Department Uttarakhand which can be used by any school for accessing and capturing of various school related activities through Mobile phones. The Mobile app is integrated with the School Education Portal through web services for updating and accessing real time data of the portal. The app is accessible by controlling units and school teachers using their login credentials.
Main features:
a) Monthly assessment of Student’s competency
b) Marking of Student’s daily attendance
c) Teachers daily attendance by capturing group photograph of teachers along with school coordinates
d) Capturing and uploading of school photographs along with school coordinates and uploading to the portal for monitoring of cleanliness and other school events.
e) Submission of School inspection report by School Inspector
Dashboard available on the school education portal for all the app activity reports for monitoring and decision making requirement of the department.
